Well hellow folks!
For this Idul Adha festive, I cook some foods – mostly is common menu in “Lebaran” day (esp in our family).
But first, I am sorry if the pictures wasnt taken “in good-look”. I was in hurry to go to my mom-in-law house, and suddenly I remember that I haven’t taken picture for all the foods. Alhamdulilah, its all taste goods!
Ok, here are the foodies :
1. Ketupat
2. Sayur Kari (vegetable curry). Our mom request for other than “sayur Labu/nangka”. So for this Idul Adha I cooked Sayur Kari/curry soup- contains : carrot, potato and string bean or Buncis with some chopped of chicken fillet cooked milk coconut. Taste savory,mild yet not spicy and goood ! 😄😄
3. Semur Lidah -Iga Lamur ( beef tongue and ribs braised in thick brown gravy plus potatoes). This one of Adrian also Ayana favorite food. They asked for it. Actually this semur a bit out of the line. not the taste, tho. But I was wrong pick the beef tongue slice, its too thin. I think its should for stir-fry or just pan grilled. Any ways, the taste still good and delish. The kids still love it.
4. Sambal Goreng Ati ( (Spicy Fried Potato & Liver)
5. Rendang Daging plus Ati ( beef rendang and liver – Minang’s recipe) so yummm!!!
Been cooked this for few times. And now, became more delicious! ❤
yes, I nailed it! can you see, the colour? 😉
6. the last but not least, is OPOR AYAM! – (chicken in coconut milk)
Also, one of favorite children dish.
